We are selling our house. I enjoy a ask that I can't catch my agents to answer because she's on time off and so is my legal representative, while we linger for closing. The appraisal have not be done all the same and our buyers own a commitment of by 10th of September.

can someone detail me, what will take place if they don't join the committment? Does that parsimonious we can't stir on to closing? I merely want this to not fall through.
