You hold to be smart on this one. Proofs and adjectives that calculation should be gather and prepare for the best dialogue you could dream up of. Although sometimes, within are family who understand clearly but a moment ago within covering you will traffic beside one that is to say so rugged to make conversation to - you hold to be resourcefully equipped.
Sure, they can't charge you rent for time when you're not living in the place. If your lease ends on an out of the ordinary date, you any repay rent for the total month and live near the together month OR they charge you a pro-rated amount.
If you moved within on the 4th, they should enjoy solitary charged you for the time you lived at hand. You allowed them to charge you for the full rent, so in that's probably not much you can do roughly speaking it immediately.
You could possibly point it out to them and ask if you can stay through the 31st given the certainty that you've salaried a week's worth of rent more than you should enjoy. Reasonable those shouldn't argue near you on 1 morning. You could also ask them for a discount for that week if you walk out on the 30th.
They could also cause it difficult on you - charge you for stupid and unnecessary things.
If you're going to conflict this struggle over a week's rent, appropriate lots of pictures and video of the place when you move out.
