Selling a house beside ghost?
If I am selling a house, should I disclose to the realtor that within are ghost? If I do, it might not bring sold. If I dont, the different owners might complain latter. Can they pocket me to court if they see the ghost but I didnt notify them almost it beforehand? Thanks for adjectives who can serve.
