For instance, how pleasant is it for three family as a group to put your foot up to your front porch and stand while waiting a few minutes for you to come to the door? Will they grain crowded? Is near rotten wood right in that? Is here a wasp nest?
At every stage of the pace thru here would be a huge number of things to look at and an experienced agent could do that.
