I do'nt believe it will crash or drop by any amount as things are at present. There are still more family looking to buy than are selling,so it is a simle reality of supply and constraint.I do not see a huge boom any,I don`t know a steadying for the rest of the year.
No ... you'd want a severe shock to the cutback for that to occur!
It is up through out the world.It be over invested traditionally few years .It may be a short residence correction.It may crash by 10 to 15 percent
