Girlfriend left me, and I still hold 3 months departed on lease?
My girlfriend lately departed me and we both signed a lease for an apartment for 3 months. She took almost everything beside her, as her parents bought most of our furniture for us. My tenant wont consent to me move out, very soon I dont know what to do. Can he evict me since she cast off the apartment? In the lease it say that departure is produce for eviction, but Im still living within, but we both signed the lease so..what do i do?
