Housing association quiz about garden?

Hello I dont know if anyone can recommend me but I am am currently living in a overcrowded 3 bedroom house and my local council enjoy nominated me to a Housing agency for a 5 bedroom house.
The house is currently mortal built but when I go near hubby for a drive round one of the builders who be far from of use said the house have NO garden.The house is a townhouse but beside NO garden?? The landscape around the house seem awfully small but I cant believe they would build a house for 8 population near NO garden. I am surrounded by Cambridge and park is expensive but I am so upset.
Are they allowed to hold no garden or is this builder guy taking c***?

Why not? Condos don't hold gardens. With a condo, you with the sole purpose own the interior of the part. The association owns the exterior (walls, landscape, adjectives areas).
