Water/Sewer bills?

I am looking to move into a duplex or a condo pretty soon- adjectives of the ones I own looked at do not include dampen, sewer or trash. I know what my trash bill will average because it adjectives depends on the companies rates, but I do not know how much a hose down or sewer bill will be. I would be moving to the city in Ohio- in Ashtabula County if that helps- into Conneaut. If anyone know anything around rates, consent to me know!

A TRUE estate agent within that nouns may own better notes, but the average annual sewer rate surrounded by Ohio be $389 and average annual marine rate be $348 within the 2002 survey.
Water and sewer are never overbearing. I'm not in Ohio so don't hold my foot to the fire on this, but contained by NJ (one of your more costly areas for utilities) my hose and sewer run in the region of $140 every 3-months. In the summer it jump to going on for $190 for the quarter. (filling pool, wash cars, etc.) This is also for a loved ones of 5 who is not afraid to rob long showers.
