the architect be working prompt and materials, but they also provided estimates for what it would cost to execute their plan. the certainty that the bids be so far stale, imply that the architect miss estimated the cost of the sincerity. Because the plans are meaningful to me because I cannot afford to build them and because they be so out of dash next to trueness (more than one bidder come surrounded by opening over) I would similar to the architect to create fresh plans (adjustments) that will take the plans pay for within rank near the budget. Is this justifiable?

I doubt the architect signed a contract stating he would draw a house that cost X amount of dollars. What I would do is turn put money on to him and explain to him your fndings and that his drawings are completely useless because you cant afford them so what can he cut out of the living to carry subsidise to your productive costs. Try the nice approach firsxt, next if he doesnt cooperate consent to him know that if he doesnt rehash the drawings for no cost, you will have need of to find an attorney to recoop your money.
