I signed 1 yr lease surrounded by jan 2007 contained by june my proprietor call said her and husband have problems and she needed to move fund into her house and break my lease... I obviously said no but feel i have no choice i started looking for place...she call backbone a week next said nevermind...she call again in aug said she needed to move rear we found a place but told her we couldnt afford to move and would gross her reimburse our moving since she required lease broken ...she said ok after again call a few days subsequent and said nevermind ..ably we already found the place and very soon we're moving approaching we agreed and she is charging us $25 per morning delayed fees for rent we agreed she would recompense because SHE broke lease .. immediately suing me for it and she give me 3 morning sense and file a lawsuit contained by small claims date not until sept 28 but she emails me in a minute and tell me she is bringing sheriff to lock me out on fri? im moving anyways but can she use threats to win me to resign from and fake more or less lockout etc? do i own a satchel?
