Looking at doing a conversion to bring down my rate (+ foot 2 points to bring that pymt down as well) .and wondered if anyone have any predictions?
Do you quality the rates own dropped as far as they will for a while? Do you grain they'll be on the rise again shortly?

I am thinking we will see a drop. The R word is looming massive. This might depress rates any readily or artificially (fed).
I am not a huge points enthusiast. What is your current rate? What is the loan amount. How long will you live here? Why a 15? Is have the house PAID OFF within 15 bit of your long permanent status financial plan?
