My brother is living in a rental, and he have not salaried rent for two months?
But he said they own but to even speak his rent is belated, and they of late call him today to ask him to teem out a trial lease. Is this possible? I told him to only just come stay next to me, but he said he want to stay until they see him out. In reality he said command call him today to articulate (well a rep) come by and sign a unsullied lease she freshly made COOKIES? what is going on here, anyone ever hear of such a piece?

I lived next to two separate roomates on two different occasion and nearby be reliable months that they did not settle up rent. We have separate contracts so it didn't affect me. Actually, the one roomate never compensated one penny. We lived together for several months and she be gloomy next to the condition of the apartment so she sent the rental bureau a communiqu¨¦ aphorism she refuse to payment untill/unless the problems be fixed. They never fixed them and she never remunerated. Nothing ever come of it. However the situation you are describing sounds "strange". Something is clearly going on that your brother any hasn't mentioned or truly doesn't even know. Whatever the shield I don't muse that living in a rental and not paying is a suitable theory. But afterwards again. Nothing ever happen to my roomates and its be years. Good luck to the both of you and I hope it adjectives works out okay. P.S. to avoid court trouble he could other set up an escrow (spelling) narrative.

For example.. a clause which say if he failure to pay he can owe them 6 months rent or even the full permanent status of the lease. If he signs the lease and after they see him out he could finish off up contained by court owing thousands .. Its a ploy used by masses landlords...
They are going to serve him eviction papers when he answers the door.
