I purchased my house near a VA loan, am I allowed to rent this house out?

I would approaching to move out of state and be to hand a relative.

Answers:
Yes, you can rent the property out. The simply requirement is that when you took out the loan you intended to occupy the home as your principal residence. Legally you merely needed to enjoy the intent as of the closing date of the loan. Three years in the property clearly proves your intent at the time of purchase.

I lived in one property for smaller number than a month when I have to rent it out due to a no-notice military move. There be NO issues at adjectives next to renting out the property.
how long ago did you buy it? read your loan docs.
yes you can.you merely needed to live in attendance 1 yr . next you can rent it out.
You should check beside the VA. I would see in your mind`s eye the answer is no. If you used your VA entitlement, you may enjoy to repay that first. I would supply the property.
