If Someone Forcloses on their Condo in CA, do you still own to reward?

Say I forclosed on my Condo and I didnt compensate it for 3 months and it go into forclosure. Would I be capable of way of walking away and not enjoy to pay cheque anything? Or would I enjoy to remuneration support the full loan I took out? I believe I enjoy an 80/ 20 loan, so its really two loans. And my interest rate is 7.5%...
