My manager violated my rights as a tenant by sending a pest control man inside my apartment lacking any notice and he stole my wallet while I wasn't home.

Answers: Usually the apartment negotiator works for a larger company if you take them to court after the on site manager and the nouns company will be named contained by the suit. If you win then the admin company will write you a check for the judgement. I'm surprised because when pest control enters the premises the superior or maintenance man is supposed to usher the pest control from apt to apt letting them in, they are never given a master push button to enter alone for that very point. Why aren't you including the Pest Control company in the suit? They get general liability insurance.
Now if this is an individual apt supervisor and he can only afford to income you $20.00 / month then that's adjectives you are going to get.
