What is the trial amount for delayed fees on rent surrounded by pennsylvania. I hear it be 5% of the total montly rent.?

My rent is 575 per month and the late fees are 10.00 dollars a light of day.(250.00 per mt) if it is a month late. I am not usually behind schedule on rent but recently my daughter have some health issues and i fell bringing up the rear on rent when i thought i was be caught up (2mts) at the back my landlord adv me the money i be paying went to behind schedule fees. I told her i would settle whatever be outstanding in 2 days she agreed. On the 2nd morning when the money was due she call my home 33 times back to spinal column. I wasn't home but i saw the caller self. I sent the money but it got me thinking in the order of the late fees.
