Illinois does allow an executor, not an administrator, to receive a "justifiable fee" determined by the probate pass judgment. A reciprocated wall description would be an issue for the probate court, but the executor should be unloading statements on behalf of the lifeless.
No... they do not seize remunerated, BUT... if they incur any expenses while performing duties related to "executing the will", next those can be re-imbursed.
