I am thinking about buying a moible home, the city where on earth i live is going through a major husing boom my apaarment is crazy cost for how tiny it is and I cant afford a house becuase the house prices enjoy gone up 130 percent over the past 5 years a moible home seem to be a pretty good impression the mortgage and lot rental works out to be about impossible to tell apart as i am paying for rent, so am just wondering what living i a moble home is close to as well as the heat costs?
Answers: My first house was a mobile home and the heat cost was newly a little more than an apartment of equal size. The newer the mobile home the better the insulation and if you get an elder one you can make improvements yourself and rearrange the costs. As far as what it is like, it is equal as an apartment in that you live close to other family but nobody is above or below you. Parking is critical in your choice! I enunciate go for it.
