My Dad is a Realtor and He is have trouble selling a home here bazaar do any of you guys hold any tips?

LOWER the price.
People are still stuck on thinking their house is worth more next it is.
LOWER the price and it will go. Keep it overpriced. it will sit on the bazaar, prices will crash more, and he will terminate up getting even more desperate and selling it for even LESS... not to mention the monthly carrying cost.
sales are down everywhere and houses are selling for smaller amount than they did end year. purveyor may hold to lower price
Dad can go and get a commission at night working---till sale pickup...
Too much inventory routine that it will sit longer... your dad should know this, anyone a Realtor! It wishes to be priced right and shows resourcefully..
he is have trouble next to one focused house, or contained by standard? If its one home lower the price. If its surrounded by nonspecific, he should know the flea market is slow and he will enjoy to work harder.
