Where is the cheapest waterfront property within the continental US?
I'm looking for beach front - I'm sure at hand are cheap homes on the water effective shipping ports and other industrialized areas...obviously I'm not interested surrounded by these areas. Thanks YA community!
Answers: Try NOrthern Maine. You can get a divine Cottage on the water for beneath 200,000. But I'm talking NORTHERN maine. LoL buy contained by southern maine and you're talking an unproblematic million for the same article.
I am sure someone has done the research, but likelihood are that "cheap" is a relative term especially within this case. I would find a indisputable estate broker that is connected and turn from there. Without doing the research for you, I would voice start checking communities in areas that you close to and look on www.realtor.com
good luck, hold fun and remember the sun screen ;-)
The zoning for that type of property may not support what you are looking for.
Another thought: If you enjoy to ask, you probably aren't able to afford it at the present time.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoy answering it!
