Pay condo in currency, do I still enjoy to compensate Monthly rent?

I wanna buy a condo/house for roughly $200.000 within dosh. But do i still own to pay packet a monthly rent after? And will i find a condo in Burbank/Pasadena/Studio city nouns for that price?
I dont involve a big condo possibly a 2-3 bedroom condo.

If you bought a condo for change, you would still own to rate HOA dues/monthly care, property taxes, and insurance, but you would not own to wage rent.

I don't regard you could find even a one-bedroom condo in those areas for underneath $200k (on Realtor.com very soon, nearby are no condos within those cities for beneath $200k). You'd own to step closer to $300k to find anything at adjectives.
