Affordable cities/areas for unmarked ancestral...?

We are from the Central Coast contained by Cali...looking to move somewhere to be exact if truth be told AffOrdAble. As much as we love the nouns and own be spoiled beside the weather here growing up so far... cost of housing is ridiculous! We hold be looking into Austin, Tx nouns, but I'd close to to know if anybody else know of places (or lives anywhere) where housing is also AS AFFORDABLE as Texas? (new 4BR homes for almost $200k! we could own a mansion in that! lol). We are not liable to be on the east coast, too far from relations contained by Cali, also, no areas that precipitation alllll the time (Wa & Or), but possibly Az? Nv? Nm? I don't know... Don't approaching the scOrchinG hot weather any! Sorry so picky, but please minister to! Also we would obivously inevitability an nouns suitable for raise our son.. locked, pretty, employment opportunity for mom and dad, etc. Any serve would be appreciated! TIA :]
