How low can I keep hold of the warmth within the winter time for the boil contained by my condo short have my pipes freeze?
I'm buying a condo and the monthly maint tax does not include roast and hot hose, so how low can I hold the heat contained by the winter? Would 60 degree Farenheit be too low?
Answers:
60F should be fine whether you live within or not. There are no condition issues near living in 60F temperature, lately comfort issues.
It really does depend on how much of the condo is exposed to the outside, how cold it get outside and what happen to the warmth surrounded by the condo when it get cold. If it is a town-home style beside plentifully of exposed nouns, surrounded by a cold nouns next to piping on the outside I wouldn't be in motion much lower than 60F.
If it is an apartment building style and you aren't on the first floor, or you live in an nouns approaching the southern carolinas or further south, you might know how to procure away next to turning the grill sour completely and your downstairs neighbor is essentially supplying all the warmness you stipulation.
Most thermostats don't stir much below 55 anyway, so you could be controlled by that!
Good luck!
It's OK for your pipes, but is it for your condition and comfort? I would recommend you a minimum of 65F or 18C. You probably would still use a sweater (or you might take used to it), but lower really would cool you down to much and might gain you sick quicker. Congrats next to your condo.
Are you living in attendance during the winter? It also depends on how cold it get and how much insulation is around the pipes.
If you live nearby. 65F is the lowest. Health reason. If not: you should know how to turn as low as 50 provided you enjoy fully clad insulation and it doesnt get hold of bitterly cold. If so 60F may work.
Though surrounded by a condo it also depends on whether you are an interior or end component. Interior component you can walk lower but your neighbors may not be beaming.
