My proprietor will not fix my leak sink amongst other things, can i acquire out of my lease w/o cost?
it has be leaking since back oct. it took 1 1/2 years to fix other things on our move in inventory. Called city, no response from the landlord to the city.
Answers: First do you enjoy renters insurance?? and second there is an Association you can try to speak to roughly disgruntle landlords that will help... Im sorry I cant believe of the name but when a manager is neglegent of their tenants usually they are liable for any damages done.. especially if you own called them several time...your insurance may be capable of help if you wallet a claim...
