Power of Attorney Realestate?

If i move out of State from Georgia to Newyork i heard that i can present my RealEstate Broker limited Power of Attorney beside an experation date so that i do not have to keep on for the closing. Is this true?Is this safe?

Answers:    It is true and it is past the worst, just remember to parameter to the sale of your house. Do NOT administer it to an agent, only a broker. The brokers are the one and only ones with definite licenses and that can be held completely in charge.
Well I personally do not know New York law but I would NEVER - EVER - EVER give anyone POA on your behalf unless they're a own flesh and blood member or something, someone you surely, 110% trust. I highly insist on against giving your broker a POA.

Also, don't go through a broker - they suck the money right out of your wallet. Go shopping for lenders on your own, and afterwards you don't pay a broker allowance - and WALLLAH you save yourself thousands!

Please, please, DO NOT confer this broker a POA, whoever told you that is crazy.
You can provide your POA to anyone you wish - including your broker.

In reality there are Powers of Attorney contained by which you can name an alternate.

THE CHALLENGE: Finding or have who Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!
