Finding city and opening to contact owner of house?

I be just this minute within shipshewana, Indiana. My household be visit amish acres. We moved out shipshewana to dance to a city I believe is Nappanee to walk to a strip that have antiques and furniture made by the amish. The address is ( 3180 South U.S. Highway 33). I am trying to find the city that this house is in. Also does anyone know how to contact the owner of this house. It is in a cornfield and I can put in the picture that know one lives in that, but have a digital electrical meter and a modern mailbox. The motivation that I am trying to contact this owner of this house is he have something on the property that I want.
