How to go and get out of a lease when you are sharing it beside someone?
I've been told a few different things-
1) Because the lease be gotten through a special the rent would go support up to the original price.
2) The lease could be broken as long as a 30day mind was given.
Now the roommate say that the leasing office say the lease can not be broke and the other party is responsible for partially of the rent.
Answers: If you can find someone to take over the wife of the lease agreement, and remove you, it is an option. This is not a guarantee however, as you are still responsible until the lease is over if you or your roommate are not sufficiently expert to find a replacement tenant.
The landlord have no obligation to tolerate you off the lease any.

Do you have a copy of your lease agreement that you signed? You should look at that. If you do not own a copy you should ask your landlord for one. It should cover this grill.
