Sorry, even if you could find a place near rent that cheap - you legitimately can't enter into a contract until you're 18 - it's banned for landlords to rent to you.and if they did, you wouldn't officially own to discharge rent because you're not justifiably competent to agree to money anything.
I estimate you should probably consider rent that's at lowest possible twice that, if you're looking to live in a rat hole - prices shift up if you want a nicer place.
