Don't know what to do?
I am working near a my home loan company on getting my loan modified due to Foreclosure. I don't want to stay in my home presently because I don't get the impression similar to I can afford it. Can I not do the modification if it is offerd to me? I only want to go and seize the heck out. What would you do?

Continue to repay your mortgage, don't do the remodification. Put your house up for Dutch auction, it may transport 6months to a year to trade. Remember you can other do a short public sale or if you can't afford the current gift and in recent times want to bail...ring up your mortgage company and report them you want to do a "Deed surrounded by Leu" this is giving up the rights to your house, loan, and taxes. It wont look as unpromising on your credit.
