I hold a modern/contemporary fancy and to furnish my kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedroom (not including kids room), I spent a total of $9800.
Kitchen: $3000 Stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave
Dining Room: $1200 (6 stool mahogany and leather set)
Living Room: $3600 (Leather sectional, coffee table, floor oil lamp, and entertainment console)
Bedroom: $2000 (Queen size bed frame, 2 dark stands, mattress set, and dresser, 2 lamp.)
