Ours are $180.00 a year but they endow with you a discount if you settle up rash. It pays for our playgrounds, adjectives pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and neighborhood signs.
WOW! I'm amazed at the HOA dues of the other respondents. My HOA dues are $304.11/month. This covers landscape, pool service, indemnity, continuation, cleaning of the property etc. No utilities are included, but hey, this is California.
In the imperial structure of things, considering the amount of manor these condos enjoy, the number of amenities, I guess it isn't that doomed to failure. Most of my friends are paying between $150 and $250, but I live in a nicer community.

$400 a year for an 85 house community near a pool. It pays the entrance landscape, pool upkeep and the power for street lamp. It also establishes a reserve surrounded by the event of an emergency so we don't obtain assessments (bills for emergency problems).
