One program I know of is call the Acorn program. It is offered by Bank of America. It would require you to budge to a class (?) for a sunshine to instruct you on their program. There are lenders beside different programs geared toward helping first time buyers, try your local wan page (mortgage lenders, loans), or better all the same, ask your friends/fam if they enjoy any referral,and appropriate luck.
