No Security Deposit Yet...?

We moved out of our apartment in Southern California August 17th this year and immediately we live surrounded by Arizona. The arranger of the apartments told us that we should be recieving the full deposit (and it is greatly of money) we did no wreckage to the apartment at adjectives and it be cleaned out entirely back we gone. The manager told us we be the cleanest they've see and we should be getting the full deposit. It's be almost 3 weeks and still no protection deposit. In the state of California they are supposed to present us the deposit or a written chronicle of destabilized things and what they took out of it. We hold not received any. This Friday will be 21 days since we moved. What do I do after that if we don't recieve it? I already call them and they said we should be getting it.

Answers:
In most states, they enjoy 30 days from the day you move out to grant you pay for your protection deposit. And if they put it surrounded by the communication on the 30th light of day that would still be legitimate.
In Wisconsin they enjoy 30 days to afford you your money or a roll of what be wrong.

Good luck

30 days is the time frame in Texas
