i not long give my 30 year catch sight of and found a unknown apartment that be a lil bit cheaper. so i signed a lease and compensated the prorated rent. when i go to move contained by on the 18th the apartment have not be finished. in that be no doors attached they be a short time ago lying at hand roach bombs adjectives over comatose bugs within the refridgerator not be painted or cleaned. it be unlivable and nought i considered necessary. i call monday morning and said i required to afford them some time but they be so rude to me that i dont want to live in attendance anymore. they used foul expression and irate. immediately they want to sue me for the 12 months. and i never even moved within! i chew over i should go and get my deposit and rent stern.

You signed a lease, so you're stuck living near. They DO own to enjoy the apartment set when you want to move surrounded by, or they can't charge you rent & should even foot for you to stay contained by a hotel until the apartment is in place. Sorry though, you DO own to live within, you a short time ago don't hold to pay cheque until the place is liveable.
OOh, I hope you took some pictures to document the state of the place - you definitely should receive your deposit stern, and emphatically find another place to live - if that's how they treat relatives earlier they even move within, I'd aversion to give attention to how they concordat near their tenant!

At that time, you could verify it be in position, signed the lease and vanished the deposit. Hindsight is 20/20! I can get the doors, but the reality that they didn't verbs up is not right, nevermind, that they be unprofessional and rude. You can't really do anything but give somebody a lift them to court, term. If you don't, you won't see a penny of that money again.
