Is it more difficult to put on the market a condo than a house?

My Fiance and I are looking to buy, but the houses we own found are not really what we want. We begin to consider buying a condo and found a great one for partially the price of what we would pay packet for a wearing clothes house surrounded by our nouns, plus, it is 1200 sq. ft, which is bigger than some of the houses we can afford. The complex have tons of amenities and utlities are included in the association tax. It seem resembling a large amount, and near some modernizing, we have a feeling close to we could increase the significance of it inwardly a few years.
We don't want to rent and this seem close to a great pick since we will know how to stockpile more considering the lower monthly payments, but we the creeps that reselling a condo in 4-5 years may be more difficult than reselling a house. Does anyone know if it is harder to sell a condo than a house or if in attendance is any plea why we should not purchase this condo?
