Completion - sudden transmute of completion date?
My solicitor sent me the Transfer document to sign, but the completion morning is suddenly delayed lacking any observe.
That will produce an huge inconvenience and financail mar.
Ofcourse I will build a compalint to my solicitor but does this sort of article commonly come up?
If I can jump nowhere by speaking to them where should I brand name a complaint. I'm in England.
I'm devastated. I can't even trust solicitors who are supposed to protect me...

Unfortunately, you are at the mercy of the purveyor and if for any cause they want to deferral completion, near is little you can do almost it. I don't know how adjectives this is but I would guess it crops up pretty regularly.
There may be no negligence by your solicitor. Your first bid must be to your solicitor for guidance as to what are your option.
If you seriously believe that your solicitor have be negilgent, you should consult a different solicitor or complain to the Law Society.
I am in the US and am not sure if your law are different. I be other underneath the summary that if the buyer did not close by the deadline in the contract, that the accord could be cancelled by the dealer. You may want to grasp a second judgment from your guard or wall attorney or another attorney.
