How can we determine if the home we live in have mold?

We in recent times rented a exotic home and signed a 1 year lease. We started moving things in and notice a musty smell surrounded by portions of the house and my wifes allergies are initiation to stroke up. I don't see any black spots any where on earth, but we weren't sure if this smell and allergy could be due to mold. If it is mold, would we see it somewhere, or is it possible that it could be contained by the walls.

How can we determine if this is the problem. Would we basically call for to make clear to the hotelier, and can the manager beg to be excused to enjoy it checked out?

Any warning would be appreciated. Thanks.

You really entail to hold the home inspected but at hand are things you can do to check. Pull the hearth rug wager on surrounded by the corners of exterior walls and look at the tack strip, if they are rusted you may enjoy a moisture issue. Also check the attic crawl space and check the roof sheathing to see if it have black areas of mold. Also check to net sure the bathroom and kitchen vent are hooked up and exhaust to the outside. You can also check where on earth the dryer is human being vent. If its inside the wall a moisture question paper will find it. You must remember mold is every where on earth you are breathing it right very soon. Mold involve 3 things to grow, moistue, something to get through (drywall article, wood ect) and the absents of UV street lamp. This is why you capture mold surrounded by your shower if you do not verbs it next to bleach. Hope this help
get a mold inspection. simple as that. protect your self.
Pay for a mold inspection... if it's positive... dance after your owner...
