Answers:
If the seller hold refuse to fix anything on your repair your request, you hold a valid out of the contract and your fitting conviction should be refund contained by full. The book agent is not responsible for have an inspection of any description, contained by reality they can't be held liable for anything just about the property that they did not put in the picture you around directly. Pat yourself on the stern for doing inspections which perceptibly save you from a house i.e. predictable worth smaller number than you originally negotiate. While the seller claim not to enjoy skill of fire overexploit, your report will force them to repeat their disclosure to the contrary. I agree near you, it sounds similar to the seller and possibly their agent is attempting something under-handed which should serve as a red flag and a apt defence to look elsewhere for a house. If you focus the encyclopaedia agent is doing something crafty, please report him to your state authentic estate commission.
It is completely far-reaching to read your contract! You should focus on the nouns where on earth its points out the time period; possibly where on earth it states you enjoy the 17 days. Your contract may swing, but from what I take to mean: You own 17 days to do your own inspection and approve disclosures that the trader must provide. If they dont provide you near the needed disclosures or reports in the 17 days after you will enjoy a few more days, as specified, after to stop or approve once you certainly receive them. Also hold on to contained by mind that if anybody misrepresents or conceal any particular textile facts of the property it may be considered fraud. It may also state contained by your contract that the dealer have no must to do any repairs. You are still outstandingly advise to consult your agent and/or other professionals as attorneys. But read your contract! none of us here can.
