You are doing a creation within lieu of foreclosure? If so do you enjoy a contract? It might own a fragment roughly speaking property condition. You might be charged.
No. That is usually a condition of the Deed in Lieu that you leave your job the property contained by sellable condition...the standard is "broom clean", which is adjectives items removed, and a thorough sweep, a minimum.
