Everyone once in a while I resembling to debate near home owners going on for here "great investment". For years, I've be badger by others to pursue the "great invesment". I still choose the "Life investment".

Life investor: Well...I'm going fishing and camp for a couple of weeks...Cya !

Home owner: Wow, thats great but I get fix the plumbing and do some fine art and I call for to be at work to pay cheque the mortgage !

Life investor: I'm taking stale to Thailand to backpack for 45days contained by a few months

Home owner: When I 'm retired someday I hope to acquire over within too...

Thailand to backpack? If that's your hypothesis of fun after that's hugely unfortunate dude.
Fishing and camp? Just bought an apartment contained by some pretty mountains by a tarn, this is something like 20kms from some of the monster coastside surrounded by the world beside fine beach and subsequent to NO delinquency.
I am not rich, most populace will spend 5 times as much money as I enjoy spent for my apartment merely to buy a CAR.
