First time buyer dilemma...?
Thinking about buying a condo, hold to pick either:
1) 3 yr antediluvian condo, near the pond but 20min to the subway and not many building amenities
OR
2) 3 yr behind the times condo next to the subway, 40k extra next to better amenities, slightly better area of the city
They are both like size, I'm just trying to confirm my thoughts roughly long-term growth potential. By the way, I live contained by Toronto.
Thanks for any responses!

I would shell out more for the better location for future prospects of selling and equity growth potential.
