Evil Landlord...Moving Out?
My lease is up and my innkeeper arranged not to renew it because she requirements her nephew to move surrounded by.
she be definately the manager from hell. she fixed nil and when she did she raise the rent 100 dollars. I show once i have to threaten to steal her to court because my toilet be in the order of to leak through the floor and she wouldnt fix it.
anyways. im moving out saturday and i never payed a payment deposit and im considering not cleaning the house at adjectives and opening up an ancient phone book and throw the treatise adjectives over the floor as for a moment payback.
do you deliberate i should do that? :) i scrounging whats she gonna do? not tender me my collateral deposit fund? haha

form a mess but dont break anything that she could possibly sue you for,try to hang on to the holes kicked contained by walls to a minimum, and simply hope you dont have need of her as a suggestion for the subsequent place

Also, I didnt own cable tv for a while and saw a ton of these stories on daytime TV court shows, the tenant usually lost due to drought of evidence and the certainty that they stayed at the residence.

--Your manager may increase the tenant rent to compensate for the cost of repairs made to the residence IN SOME STATES. I know that contained by the state of Texas this is true but is seldom ever put into practice due to the tenant cleverness to steal it to court, usually it isnt worth the trouble to the innkeeper. Also, i believe the flip-side stipulation is that the tenant have the choice of going away minus anyone penalize. (but the hotelier may do the fitting prehistoric I fixed it, k you hold 30 days to find another place to live or agree to the untried cost of rent).
Don't lower yourself to her standards. You hold to be moving to a better place. Why do you comfort if she is not renewing your lease if she be a fruitless landlady?
I wouldn't do anything bleak to the place. You never know, it could come rear legs to bite you within the butt...I wouldn't push it.
