I saw an add on on craigslist for a "preforeclosure" and when I call, it be a company call Homesaxxcess.com. Apparently you pocket over payments for the achievement holder because they are surrounded by "financial trouble" and can't bring in the payments? No credit check, and costs $149.99 a year to come together.

Sounds fishy to me, but I needed to ask if anyone else have have any contact beside something approaching this.
