Asking realtor to drop his charge?
Is it rude to ask my realtor to drop his payment down 1 or 2 % ? espically if he is not splitting his levy ?

As a Realtor I never shrink my commission once agreed upon, whats the point of the contract if not a soul go by it? Would you close to it if they said they would approaching to supply 1-2% because they worked harder on your home afterwards others?
