And although I enjoy no moral dispute next to what you are doing, it wouldn't hurt to hold a officially binding document in the order of how this transaction is occuring, who is paying for what, who is contributing to what and what will come up to the property if you win married or if you break up.
This is sooooo much easier (and cheaper) when everyone is optimistic and contained by love. Trying to untangle these transactions if the wheel spatter stale the love lorry is expensive in need some sort of binding agreement. Although it would be best if you own an attorney draw up something, even a notorized document is better than zilch.
