If I directory foreclosure on an investment property what will crop up to my primary residence?will I lose it?
Answers:
It depends on if you used it for collateral and if they bring back the money put money on that they give you when they resell it.

Did you use any of your primary residence's equity to support the investment property? If not, next your primary residence won't be artificial.
