I'm really not trying to be obnoxious, but since you are actually asking me to clear for some small part of this , and since I am paying no small amount of money for the dubious privilege of living surrounded by NY.
Just why does someone who can't afford it, choose to live in arguably one of the most expensive places to live, surrounded by the country , if not the world?
I merely choose to live here because it is the only place within the world Where I can do what I do , but I do insist on getting paid sufficiently to afford it, and I still do abundantly of additional recreational work so that I can afford to live my very modest lifestyle (and pay cheque those taxes! ), but if I could, I would move to some place warm, next to low housing costs and a nice long growing season so that I could more easily grow my own food and not hold to pay huge heat bills and utility bills.
