Renters.. what hold you like & disliked in the order of your Management co.?
Calling all renters! I hold started a unusual Property Management Company because as a Manager for several years I be other tremendously disappointed next to the upper Management.
What have your experience be resembling near different Management companies. I would love to hear any positive things that you like and or respected and obviously any constructive criticism you can provide.

The best property manager I ever worked next to be ones who be near when you needed them, and otherwise invisible.
Responsive to repair call, does what they say-so they will do, probable and documented on deduction from shelter deposits.
Some of the worst landlords I have be ones that didn't effort in the order of their property; description they be unresponsive to repair call, and did fundamentally shoddy cheap repairs when they did carry done. It inspires a "okay if they don't attention to detail roughly their house why should I" attitude, that I would deliberate would be highly detrimental to the property contained by the long run.
My worst experience be beside a manager within South Carolina. I be individual transferred to a different state, past my lease be up. I asked him if I could break the lease, and he agreed near-term my finding a latest tenant. I found a unsullied tenant, they be approved, the rent be raise, and I compensated the lapsed time surrounded by between, and he still refuse to return any of my shelter deposit claiming I have "broken the lease". Very devious & unscrupulous considering I go through abundantly of force on his behalf and he profited contained by the extremity.
After file ch. 7 BK--can you stop making mortgage payments ?
