How do I buy a come to rest and how do I start?
I would close to to invest on buying a ground surrounded by California, Colorado or Arizona but I don't know which agency to buy it from for cheap.

You don't really buy environment from an agency, you buy it near a mortgage (assuming you're not paying cash) and usually through a Realtor, a short time ago similar to any other existing property.
