What reach of credit gain is adequate for renting an apartment?
My company is closing here in California subsequent May and I will be relocating to Austin in any mid-Aprl or May 1st of subsequent year. I own be near my company for 23 years and am looking for a 4-6 month rental until I purchase a home. My current credit chalk up is fair-good due within part of a set to a divorce a couple of years put a bet on. As I hold never rented an apartment formerly, other a home, I am not used to near the credit requirements, I hold hear they are extraordinarily stringent. If I would not qualify, any guidance you might hold to extend would be greatly appreciated.

They also look to see if you enjoy a bunch of things in collections (especially recently) to see if you are the type of party that skips out on their creditors. They also look for judgment against you which is where on earth departed broken lease would show up. Each manager /management company have their own equation of who qualify and who does not. From what you hold described I doubt you will hold the slightest problem a moment ago as long as you aren't a sex perpetrator.
The truth is that it is not necessarily your credit rack up, but more specific, they will look for defaulting on lease, and such. Very few landlords check it close to a credit card conmpany would.
